Specialty Capital, LLCReviews of specialtycapital.com

Fast and easy.

Simon was very patient and kind. He didn’t let me feel pressured even though I had three other offers. He was understanding and supportive.

Specialty Capital has been a five-star lender to work with. Their team is friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely professional. What stood out to me most was their integrity and the way they treated us like people, not just another business transaction. Every step of the process was handled with respect, consideration, and clear communication. That level of customer service truly makes a difference. Highly recommend Specialty Capital!

Everything was explained in details. Very fast funding. Their underwiter Kai answered all of my questions.

We have worked with Specialty Capital for a couple of years now. They are always responsive, helpful and able to provide us incentives that other companies are not able to meet. I would highly recommend them compared to so very many others in this type of lending environment.

The process was quick, which I really liked.

super fast and efficient, the entire process was smooth. We got our funds the same day

They were able to get me a line of credit for more than I ask for! Very fast and great to work with!
