They let me know where my package was all along the trip. the product was as described and I am pleased with it.

The purchase process was simple and I didn't have to wait long for my purchase to be received. But it is a gift, so I would have appreciated the item to be packaged in something that actually said what it is and instructions on how to use it.

I bought this for a toy for my cat to play with in the water. Cut off the hooks, of course, and she thinks it's the best thing!

The bags are very small even the largest one is small, but disappointing

Took too long to receive and was not represented. Thought I was getting a set of 3, but only received 1.

I am disappointed with my purchase decision. I appreciated the updated tracking information the company supplied. My assumption of the fly holder was going to be larger. I attempted to use the hook tie system on size #12,#14 hook eyes. Unfortunately the tool does not accommodate these sizes. Thank you.

Everything went very smoothly with the ordering &shipping!! The lighters are way cool!! It's unreal how well they work!! Thank you so much!!
