Horrible company and terrible service. IT has been over seven days and i have not gotten a call. They have charged me 90 dollars and since i have not heard from anybody i will need to contest the charge on my credit card. This company needs to be reported to the better business bureau and to the medical board in Georgia which i will do.

We contacted speakwithanmd.com on Friday morning for 3 appointments for our family. One person got a call, the rest didn't. The one that did get a call was supposed to get prescription sent to local pharmacy, but speakwithanmd.com sent it to their own in house pharmacy. Pharmacy nor speakwithanmd.com don't answer phone calls, their voicemail is full, and they don't reply to email.

Paid for a phone consult 1.5 weeks ago, No call yet. Have contacted them via email, which is the only way you can contact them, and they have yet to respond to 4 emails sent. I had to go to my credit card company and dispute the charge. Their customer service is terrible. There are other better options for this same type service.

They only use their own designated mail pharmacy even though they don't tell you. Wife sick, probably with COVID. They called back about 10 hours after she signed up. She gave them and they took the number of our local CVS. 36 hours later I tried calling them but they really only use a text on their website. Their only response was to tell me to call their phamacy (Ravkoo) and did't even give me the number. They hadn't even shipped it yet. It would probably have been a week after my wife talked with the doctor till she got her meds!! Our only option now is to hope the Ravkoo folks answer the phone when our pharmacy calls and doesn't have a long hold time for pharmacists so we can get this transferred. If you have COVID DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS. I used frontlinemds.com (I am not affiliated with them) for mine and it was more expensive but they called in a few ours and used our local pharmacy (and have a broader medication suite).

Dr. is ok. However, he is in it to make $$$. They are in with the Pharmacy and markup drugs 10-fold. Example, zpack, 5 pills are $100. Ridiculous. $113 or so shipped. I told the doctor to call it into CVS by my house and the next thing you know, I get a call from a different pharmacy. So, something is definitely shady. Basically, I wasted $59. Plus, the Dr said that he would never take the vaccine for Covid-19...not enough data. Also, says that Covid is just another variation of the flu and that people should not be wearing masks? Sorry, I believe in Science. This Dr is a quack in my opinion and will prescribe anything for $$$.

I have used several tele-health services over the last couple of years and this is the ONLY time I have been lied to and firmly believe I was tricked into purchasing expensive medication to be mailed. I try to be cautious about internet based situations and as such, I utilized this service's chat feature to make sure the issue I was addressing AND the medication was such that they work with. I was assured that both were so I proceeded. During the initial form completion, I selected to NOT receive the medication via mail as I was concerned about possible higher prices. The Dr. that I spoke with on the phone was VERY nice and personable and we discussed my situation. He said that he agreed to the prescription for my illness and mentioned the mailing pharmacy. I told him that I didn't want to do that from concern over the unknown price. He said that the price wasn't bad and this was the way they did it now (even though the earlier forms allowed me to chose whether I wanted mail pharmacy or not). Since I had already had to pay for the visit based on the initial conversation and my belief that I would be able to get the medication at a local pharmacy, I went ahead and agreed. When the pharmacy called and gave me the price, I declined and said it was triple the cost locally. They told me that the script was for a 3 month supply, so I agreed again as this came very close to the monthly cost locally. When the prescription arrived, it was the correct medication BUT the dosage was no where NEAR the accurate dosage for my situation. The smallest dosage ever started for this is one pill a day at the prescribed dosage. A 3 month supply would have been 90 pills and this prescription only contained 30. I contacted to 'chat' feature of this group on 3 separate occasions and was NEVER spoken to when I listed my issue. I sent an email, even copying 2 of the chat attempts and was finally replied to rudely one time. I tried to respond back twice in email and have not been spoken to again. My final email did inform them that I will be proceeding with the Better Business Bureau but still no reply. I now feel this is NOT a legitimate tele-health group and one taking advantage of people in need of homebound services. Stay away, there are GOOD services out there and if you have issues, they do NOT even discuss them with you regardless of their "Refund Policy".

Tried SpeakwithanMD.com I paid the 59.95 and waited like the Website instructed. I then received a text someone would be calling me for my visit in "a few" minutes. Two hours later, nothing. I emailed the contact email on the website about not getting a call. I was then sent an email reply from a representative that the doctor tried to call me with no success. I checked my phone call logs. There was no record of them calling. She then stated the Dr would attempt to call me two more times with no time frame. I continued to wait by my phone for two hours after and wait for their call. Nothing. Finally received call the next day. Be aware. I'd suggest going with another online Dr. site that takes it patients seriously. There are too many other online MD sites to choose from. Not only that they require you to use their pharmacy which is more expensive than your normal pharmacy. HCQ, Zinc, and a Zpack for 5 day dose with expidited shipping was $130.00!!! I requested to use my local pharmacy and was told I had to use theirs. Same script at my pharm would have been $63.00 out of pocket with no insurance for pickup next day. This is price gouging at its finest when people are suffering from a pandemic. Unbelievable!
