I was told by the MD I would receive 1 prescription but received a different one. I had no response to multiple communication attempts to straighten this out including emails. Essentially there is no phone customer service even though there is a number. Just sends you back to the website. No person to talk with. I have to pay for another consult to straighten this out. I won’t use this service again.

I have used this site once and my husband has once and noone calles us back either time but they charged us for the consultation. Do not waste your time or money.

Not a scam but their customer service before, during and after the fact is non-existent. My wife and I had the exact same request - a prophylaxis for Covid 19. While we both received the medication my wife's medication was twice the amount of mine. Sent an email and called still waiting on a return call 3 weeks later!

I made a payment of $59.95 to SpeakWithAnMD.com, and tried to make an appointment to speak with a doctor 9 days ago and I did receive confirmation regarding payment, but I was never given a patient ID number. On their website it clearly stated that if I didn't receive a patient ID/confirmation number that I was to immediately contact them. However, I never received any response back from them despite many repeated e-mails throughout the whole week. I then tried calling their number at 1-855-503-2657 many times, but there is no one to answer the phone when given that option to speak to a representative. They state that there is an online "chat" on their website where I could immediately communicate to a customer service rep, but that feature apparently does not even exist when going to their website. BEWARE PEOPLE, this SpeakWithAnMD.com website appears to be a SCAM. VERY DISAPPOINTED at the fact that this website was founded by a doctor who appears to be Christian.

The website said 59 dollar cost and I was charged 90. On top of that they want me to pay 120 for the prescription. The meeting with the so called md was just “do you have heart disease?” “No” and we were done. Save your money. Oh, since I’m not willing to yield to their holding my prescription hostage for 120, I haven’t heard back from them.

I "booked" a consult and it took three days for them to return my call. Once the "doctor" prescribed Hydroxycloriquine and Zithromax, they said that the pharmacy would be calling me. Five days later, a different pharmacy (caller ID was not Revkoo Pharmacy) called, but by then I was through all of illness and covid protocols and told them that I no longer needed it. I contacted them for a refund and they denied it, claiming that I was informed of the delays they were experiencing. This is a Covid scam and should be avoided at all costs.

The doctor called and sent in the needed prescription. This rating isn't because of that. This is for their lack of customer service. They have no active phone line, their chat box has been shut off and they do not reply to emails. I was told over one month ago they would send me a super-bill for my appointment and have not received it. My flexible spending card was shut down for not being able to provide an accurate invoice/receipt for my consultation. Had I used a different card, I would charge this service back.

I signed up and was told that a doctor would call within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. It is has been over three and a half days and still no one has called. I called their number several times. No one answered. I wrote several emails. No one responded. I used their chat option. No one responded. Treatment like that does not engender good health and trust.
