The customer support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. There’s a wide variety of games to choose from, so it never feels repetitive or boring. The only downside I’ve noticed is that they don’t always respond positively to every bonus request. It would also be great if they introduced a proper VIP system with clearer benefits and rewards for every customer.
