Fake BONUSES
Be careful, fake bonuses. Made deposit to play casino slots, like described their rules, after deposit needed contact live chat to recieve. Before making deposit i asked about this bonus and support asks me verify my account first. Verification contains from sms verification and email verification. Was completed. But when i made deposit and go to chat, support with name Mirage, boorish attitude, ask to send at some mobile number whatsapp messge, or i cant recieve my bonus. Lies that its their general rules of casino!!! lol stupid support wait for you. And finalize just disable for me live chat function!!! IS IT NORMAL??? Disscusting casino with disscusting support and with rules which changing like support wants! Need disable your license. DONT PLAY HERE. ONE TIME LOST YOUR MONEY!! VERY BAD

POLECAM! $$$

Deceit
Deceit! They lure new customers with a No Deposit Bonus, but they do not give a bonus without explaining the reason. Banally collect personal data of people. Just running out of time!

Hello Mark, We are real and the most fair casino around. Each of our bonuses has it's own terms and conditions and 20 Euro no deposit bonus is one of them. Unfortunately, it is limited to one per person, IP address, email address, household and/or device. You and your friends can still take an advantage of our other bonuses. Do not hesitate to contact us on live chat for detailed information, we are 24/7 online to help you!

Hello Kostas Fragkoulis, There was a maintenance on Booongo games while you were playing the game with no deposit bonus and you encountered such a problem. We are working on a fix with the related department. It was the problem caused by the game provider side, we are always trying our best to offer our players a best online gambling experience. Sorry for the inconvenience and your frustration.
