Thery are a host for spammers, including ones linking to malware. They do not respond to reports of abuse, and it's not like these are a gray area. We've been dealing with a cluster of related senders who's unsubscribe link brings up a page running Javascript on the unsubscribe button.

After being tormented by a faulty billing system for over a week, during which I stopped sending emails for an entire week and lost countless orders without receiving any compensation, I finally blamed myself. I’ve stopped using the account I’ve had for over a year. Screw SparkPost, I’m switching to SendGrid.

Sparkpost just suspend your account when they take your money, it doesn't matter your engagement metrics they just suspend it and they force you to submit a ticket and that's it, no response, no investigation at all. they take your money and move on.

It was a great email provider before they became 'Bird' We've been with them since 2017, and now the billing doesn't work properly. They suspended our account for a day and provided no compensation. We lost clients, moner, a day of work. Bird's support us, arrogant and dismissive. We are moving out after paying $1000/month for 9 years

Favorite mass spam provider for all the shady scammers out there. Doest not react at all to abuse reports, so clearly has no problem serving criminals

Ordered on Aug 3rd 2025. Cost of $54.78. Today is Dec 9th and I have never received my order or a refund. Terrible business practices. Should be booted off both Facebook, and Google and prevented from jumping in when placing an order on genuine site.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My account has been blocked for over a week due to a billing error caused by SparkPost, and they still haven’t fixed it. They don’t have 24/7 support, and the limited hours they do offer are completely useless. No urgency, no ownership, no professionalism. They even told me the issue was resolved when it wasn’t. I even reached out to MessageBird, their parent company, but still no resolution. This shows how careless and unaccountable they are as an organization. The truth is simple: they DON’T care about you or your business. For a company handling critical email infrastructure, this is unacceptable. Stay away if you don’t want to face issues in Production later.
