You call they dont answer. Says to email and they dont respond.

I ordered 4 head pillows for my hot tub and it took a while before I even received them. They won't answer the phone # that is provided and now I am finding they won't respond to my emails that the pillows DO NOT FIT ! Cost us 300.00 for these and no they do not fit, as they stated they would with my hot tub serial #. Going to have to start a dispute with my bank.

Can I leave 0 stars? Totally unresponsive. They don’t respond to phone calls or emails. They don’t ship orders or at least not my order.

Ordered a part for my spa. Didn't get any shipping info until I contacted them two weeks later. They updated with a status of "shipped" and a tracking number that was not valid. It's been several weeks and still no part. Update: 5 months and still no part.

I have yet to receive my order or a shipping confirmation over a month later. No response from customer service

I placed an order on May 23rd and, even though my credit card was charged,I received no communication about shipping or tracking. After a week I had to reach out to them. I called and left a message but received no reply. The next day I texted and received a response that my item World be delivered the next day. It wasn't. After that I continued to text daily but received no response. I finally contacted PayPal and, after uploading all my text messages and waiting over two weeks PayPal refunded the charges. Unfortunately, the item finally arrived and the refund was reversed after I arranged to purchase from another seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a new jet and cover for my hot tub. After about 2 to 3 weeks of not hearing anything my wife called the company (which was really hard to get thru to) and they said they had not shipped it yet and they were sorry about that. My wife asked if they would go ahead and ship it and also provide a tracking number and they did not. I would never buy anything else from them again. Lesson Learned
