Spanishland SchoolReviews of spanishlandschool.com

Spanishland School is an amazing, well-developed resource. As an intermediate Spanish learner, I could not recommend their resources highly enough.

Spanishland and Españolistos help me learn practical Spanish while learning so much more. The videos are topically educational and the range of learning opportunities through the school span passive, interactive on line to inperson experiences. The podcast is often funny, entertaining, sometimes evocative and often focuses on teaching something other than Spanish in Spanish (like a topic or interview on a topic) which thus teaches Spanish +. I am a solidly intermediate learner (knocking on the B2 door) but well below C1. I have zero difficulty understanding the spoken content. It is spoken knowing who is listening… Sometimes a guest is posed translation challenges in a topic area, and is by design politely but vigorously corrected when the Spanish is not totally correct. I love the kindness and deep respect for learners but also the integrity to teach the language correctly. This model is super helpful. Finally, I feel oddly satisfied when many guests (or Nate) who are all far more advanced than I am nonetheless can’t help but make certain mistakes I too know better than to make but still do. In sum, the Spanishschool folks are good people called to teach and share. It is everything authentic and real many instruction platforms just aren’t.

Helpful videos I can use for day to day conversations and or situations.

Go from Intermediate to Advanced rapidly with this structured program! I have been studying Spanish daily for the past four years with a wide variety of online programs and resources. Spanishland School has been a crucial in helping to take my level from intermediate to advanced. Their structured curriculum progresses logically each month and never fails to fill in exactly the key details I haven't been able to find anywhere else. The program has given me a very strong grounding in the language. Andrea is a brilliant teacher who leaves no student questions unanswered and always seems to know exactly where the weak points are in student knowledge and how to develop them into strengths via structured practice. I also did an immersion experience with the Spanishland team in Medellín and it was an absolute fantastic experience. The entire team at Spanishland treated us all like family and it was such an honor to get to know them in person for the kind and wonderful people that they are. Andrea, Nate, Valentina, David, Miguel, and all of the other members of the team are the best. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is serious about finally mastering their Spanish.

The emails are easy to use and understand so I like using them.

Spanishland School has been foundational to my study of Spanish. Their lessons are excellent, the topics they cover are relevant, and learning with Spanishland School is fun. I absolutely recommend them.

I signed on to Spanishland School for one year. It was an excellent experience. All is well explained. The Zoom sessions are excellent as are all the resources. Spanishland School has a large You Tube presence and the "free stuff" is excellent as well. Andrea is the main persona along with her husband. The entire family is involved. They are honest, hard working, inspiring Colombians. I continue with their excellent tutoring services.
