Marie was exceptionally professional
Marie was exceptionally professional. She stayed on the phone with me to make sure all the steps needed to complete the process were completed. She also provided detailed information on what to expect after I completed the process. I give Marie five stars for her customer service.

I needed help to cancel a parking spot…
I needed help to cancel a parking spot to comply with the 30 day requirement. I tried online but was unsure if it processed. I used live chat and connected with Carmen who was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Great service Terry Percle

My parking rental worked out fine and Support was there when needed
My parking rental worked out fine except for some payment issues at the end. Marie was responsive to my inquiries and escalated the issue to help resolve it.

Long time customer 😁
I've been using spacer and their predecessor where I park for about 7 years in 6 month tranches when I'm traveling. I have found them to be helpful and professional throughout my experience most certainly Carmen at customer service and more generally the people at customer service that I have had to deal with over this number of years have been great.

Obtaining Form 1099
I worked with a customer service person, Carmen, who assisted me with obtaining a copy of my Form 1099. She was always pleasant to deal with and I finally got my form!
