Received my Autel X-star fast and awesome financing
Response from Space City DronesJun 16, 2016
Such a great drone isn't it? I just got my yesterday and can't wait for the wind to calm down so I can fly. Anyway, thank you so much for the kind review Jeffrey. I look forward to working with you in the future.

I ordered and did the payment then i get a email saying out of stock. Bad service
Response from Space City DronesJun 16, 2016
I fail to see how this is bad services. As soon as I got your order, I check our inventory and saw we didn't have any in stock. I then called multiple companies that we work with to see if they had any in stock and was told that it was going to be a minimum of 4-6 weeks until I could get new inventory. I refunded your order because I didn't want to hold your fund for that long. Why is this bad server?

Item was advertised as available from their website but wasn't actually available once purchased. Customer support required some motivation to try and remedy the situation.

I apologize that didn't get the free download you were looking for. I no longer had it so I contacted the manufacture directly three times and I am just waiting to hear back. I was hoping to have a copy of the manual by now but I haven't been contacted my support or anyone at the company. I will still work on getting it for you but please don't tarnish my online reputation - it is all that I have to get people to trust us, I am doing the best I can and will keep on working to get you a copy the manual.

I have had nothing but great experiences when dealing with Space City Drones. Jason has been extremely helpful when picking out the right drone for my needs. When there was an issue with the shipping he was on it and got my delivery the next day. Michael Hunter, Strategic Drone Services

Super helpful! I needed to order the DJI osmo x5 adaptor and not wait on the 4 month backorder from DJI. They were quick to help me with my problem and cut the wait to 2 weeks. They are awesome!
Response from Space City DronesMay 20, 2016
Colby, I glad it worked out well for you. I had to make a few calls to get the adapter to you - all worth it for a good customer.

I contacted Space City Drones about buying a parachute system for my DJI Inspire 1 Pro. Not only was Jason helpful, but Space City was the only one, and I called a few, that actually answered their phone. Jason matched a lower package price from the manufacturer even after the package price was deleted. Finally, I had a problem with one of the components and Jason helped get it quickly replaced. I highly recommend Space City Drones.
