Bought a few ships/ packages ranging from 100$ to 600$ and everytime it's been great. Super easy. Most of the sellers deliver very quickly. The first ship I bought the seller actually upgraded my ship for free so I would have a better experience and not be turned off the game by buying the wrong type of ship for my style. 10/10 to Space Foundry and 10/10 to Trippy Hippy Shop.

I'm sorry to see a seller failed to deliver your product in time, but please understand that refunds need to be processed manually and can take 1-2 business days. Your refund has already been processed in the meantime, please check and let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
