Worst experience of my life. Stay away! They quoted me and took my deposit for a $7k move. Then they asked for $22k when they arrived on my move day. I thought it was an SNL kit - mafia level stuff. The contractors on move day don’t work for Southwest but they were nice.

Hi Nick, The information you provided in the review is inaccurate. You booked your residential move through a broker and you paid them a deposit of 4047.90. Your pickup payment was 2082.14 and the same amount was due upon delivery. You were presented a revision (a new estimate) for the inventory that was not on your contract originally The revision was refused by you You did not incur any additional charges and your contractual balance remained the same as was quoted by the broker.
