Received KM hookah vase with crack on vase. After contacting customer service was sent a disclaimer for KM products because they are handmade they may have imperfections. However because this product has a crack it is likely to worsen over time and this is not a helpful resolution. I will avoid future business and would not recommend dealing with SouthSmoke.

Received the wrong order 3 times in a row. Finally gave up and requested a refund for the hookah. Micheal Appel was completely useless and rude. He told us he would give us a refund if he couldn't fix the problem and did not fix the defective hookah. His solution was to send an additional 2 hookahs, that were not the same design. Michael was completely unprofessional and rude. He kept interrupting me when I was talking and we even got into a shouting match. I eventually went to my bank and filed a dispute and received my money back. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

The front desk ladies have no respect to customers liers, unprofessional maybe they should learn how to deal with customers in a good manner.

This is the worst company to deal with tried to place a order five different times each time they cancelled the order for security reasons. When I called customer service they told me to try making a new account and order which I did they still cancelled the order. All that trouble and the manager wanted nothing to do to make it right for my trouble. I am very disappointed because at one point I really had a good experience with his company.

Three orders avoided by Security reasons. But what I did wrong - nobody can't tell me.

Worst experience ever. Their refund policy is pathetic. They will KEEP your money. I repeat THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY! Ordered a big order, couldn't clear customs, sent it back, they didn't provide a refund. They said they can provide me with a gift card but not the original refund. What is the use of a gift card when their packages are getting stuck at customs? Pathetic. Never buying from them again.

Never in my whole life of placing orders on line was I ever asked for such info. They can keep their products. Be aware.
