My order took 7 days to arrive by…
My order took 7 days to arrive by Fedex. My portable AC unit was laying on it's side in the Fedex truck even though it uad stickers that said This End Up! My Fedex driver is dumb. The box was torn up with gaping holes and one strap loosely slid over the box. I have no idea who was responsible but SouthMini responded to my emails with questions about waiting a few days before plugging it in to test. I just now tested it and it turned on fine. It's a little noisy but I'll just turn the TV up. Looking forward to really putting it together.

Very ease to purchase
It was easy to purchase and the customer support was great. I had a few pieces missing from a open box from shipping and instead of sending me the the missing parts they send me the complete cover set. Thanks for the great support. It's really hard to find these days.
