Great service
I waited a few months to write this review to make sure the work held up, and I can honestly say everything has been perfect. From the beginning, scheduling was smooth and hassle-free, with excellent communication every step of the way so I always knew what to expect. On installation day, the team arrived on time and completed my mini-split AC install quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Their professionalism and customer service were outstanding. Don’t hesitate to call them—you’ll be in great hands. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely use them again going forward!

Good prices & allows for options…
Competitive price for the specific product (not as inexpensive as Home Depot) but allowing for various line sets made the difference in customizing my needed system. Downside - oddly short on various accessories for the system (pad, condensation pump, disconnect box, brown line set cover).

Southminisplits had exactly what I wanted. Easy ordering, very fast delivery. Very helpful staff. I mentioned this purchase to a family member, informed her of the phase out of R410a units. She purchased 2 the same day. I install and maintain these units. For family only.
