Southern Charm Inspection Services, LLCReviews of southerncharmhi.com

Will was very professional and through I both inspections he has done at both- the house I sold and the house I'm buying! He is extremely knowledgeable, VERY PET FRIENDLY, and gives you 1. Piece of mind when looking for the new house 2. Value for the "Service provided". William is one of those guys that is all business until it's done then when the work is done is a very approachable, patriotic guy. He thanked me for my service and spent time out of his busy schedule to make friends with my dog. If you have him inspect a property for you, you will not regret it, unless you are trying to unload a bad house. If so he will let you know what you need to do to make it right and give recommendations for trusted professional people to do the work.

Could not ask for a better inspector. Tim is the most thorough individual and so professional. He doesn’t just do his job, he is willing to teach you tips so you can spot things in the future. So glad to know him and will continue to use him. Would strongly recommend!

Efficient, thorough, and with a good deal of information to help us make an informed decision on our purchase. Would definitely recommend using Will for your real estate inspection.

Will and his team are amazing. The level of communication and personalization is unmatched. They do such an amazing job, provide a thorough inspection and a highly detailed report. Working with them has been a breath of fresh air during the home buying process.

Wonderful experience. Very very thorough and detailed inspection. Best experience I have had with an inspector. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about the home to make an educated decision on how to proceed.

I received a thorough inspection and a thorough report. Will was recommended to be by my son for whom an inspection was done a few years ago. I am pleased that I received the same great service.

We were very fortunate to have Will's expertise, experience, and honesty giving us essential info needed to move forward on a property that revealed very little negative on the surface to us. Our received report was incredibly in depth and detailed, with numerous pictures and accompanying remarks and concerns. It was a virtual encyclopedia of useful data of every single piece of info we needed...and some info we didn't even know we needed! We will not hesitate to do business again with the great people at Southern Charm Inspection Services in the very near future for further assistance as our home search continues.

Will was an amazing inspector and overall person. We appreciate his thoughtfulness and thorough inspection skills for our new home! Thank you for going above and beyond to help us we appreciate you!!
