Will was great to work with -- he was timely, extremely honest & helpful!

They did a good job in helping me make sure of a safety business firm. I had a good training with them regarding fire prevention.

Thank you for your time and helpful hints.

Very thorough and well written inspection.

Will and his experienced staff made the inspection process easy. Will himself takes the time for his customers, he answered all of my questions and followed up all things he said he would. We needed a home inspection on very short notice and Southern Charm Inspections LLC was able to do this for us. After getting the report I had a question about the water heater that was in the house and Will went out of his way and drove back over to the house and got the answers I needed. I'd recommend Southern Charm Inspections LLC to anyone looking to purchase a home in the greater Jacksonville, NC area.

Southern Charm was excellent; the information provided and the way it was formatted helped me to easily identify issues that were a major concern when purchasing my home!

Will was very candid and professional. He was clear and concise about his schedule and provided reasonable and accurate expectations. He was extremely thorough in his inspection, and included feedback and recommendations based on his observations. I would gladly promote his services to anyone in need for the areas he covers.
