Very prompt and through. Report was detailed and helped me feel more comfortable with my home purchase. I would definitely recommend.

The inspection was very thorough and revealed alot of issues that needed to be addressed. Thanks to your great service we avoided buying someone else's problems. We will continue to look for another house and use your service again for sure.

Will performed a home inspection for us and he was absolutely great! He was very thorough, professional, and his report was easy to read and understand. I would recommend Southern Charm for anyone who needs a home inspection. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome thank you.

Good folks, great to work with

Great company and Will is awesome to work with. I highly recommend him and his company. They do awesome work.

While he did the inspection I was not there. After it he called me a painted a detailed description of the things that caught his attention and which he thought needed to be repaired. He explained everything very well. I appreciate that he took the time to do a righteous inspection and did not just sign off on the house as being ok. I will definitely recommend him and use his services again .
