I never received my shipment. They kept my money. They keep giving me tracking numbers that don't exist. They say they used USPS but the numbers are not USPS numbers. They don't even sign emails with a name or business number so they can be reached. They just sign the Service Team. I have been scammed and ripped off. I want the word to get out there, especially on FaceBook before others get violated.

This company, Soutfits, is a front for another company that does the distribution. In my case the distribution never made it's way to me. Also PayPal got in the mix, without my approval and I was charged additional fees for currency exchange rates by the distributing co. PayPal never made me whole and denied my dispute claims. Just a big racket imo.

I ordered a urn on Amazon for a loved one's ashes the name wasn't on the urn, nor was the dates! The picture looked like a three year old glued or taped it on it was NOT engraved!!!! This so calked store is a friggin scam and they say no returns because they know they are nothing but SCAMMERS! Amazon is issuing my refund, if not I Idefinitely will be canceling my entire Amazon account!!!!!! This company is in another country as well, the tracking showed it coming from here Xiamen,Fujian CN and it went thru customs but the return address is a fake US address!!!!!

i believe southfits is going under the name of Literaryt now not 100% sure but same exact web design. Please check them out and see for yourself. Be careful and please don't use southfits.

I would give them 0 stars - this is a sham. They are not associated with the National Park service, the clothing is from China. The clothing did not fit, but they will not honor a return policy. The return address on the package says Sherry Flumerfelt and an address in Philadelphia, but I don't know if that person is real. Don't buy from them.

Their clothes are junk. I bought two shirts, same style, one size XL and the other size XXL. The XXL is smaller than the XL. One shirt had buttons on the left, the other had buttons on the right. Overall quality was low, like something you'd buy from a street vendor. Also, both times the credit card charge was about $10 more than the total purchase price.

I ordered 4 Gulf of Mexico t-shirts on May 3. I still haven’t received them. I tried to follow the tracking number and it went weeks without an update. Then all of a sudden, I get the message that my package was delivered to a person at my home on 6/14/25 at 12:04 pm. Thank goodness for Ring…there was NOTHING on Ring for that time. I went down the rabbit hole trying to track it down myself but to no avail. I guess I’m out $97.15. It’s an expensive lesson, but I don’t think I’ll be making that mistake again. These people suck.

Avoid this company. Item plus shipping was purchased. Item never arrived. Customer Service is a waste of time bordering on comical. Terrible experience.
