Warning, this company will take your money, and not send you what you ordered. I ordered 3 t-shirts. 2 of them were defective (one had a missing letter in the print, and the other had a seam incorrectly sewn, with the stitching exposed on the outside.) I can't use either of them. They refused to refund or exchange. In their words: "Since the product we sent you is correct, I do not have the authority to refund you. The most I can give you is 10USD as compensation" I went in circles with them 3 times, their offer went from $2 up to $10, way less than what I paid.

Ordered a shirt on 2/20/25. Now it is 3/20 and still have not received it. It supposedly left the shipping facility in the US but tracking doesn't tell which shipper, and date of delivery is "unknown." Supposedly originated in Poland, and another time it said China. I saw one reviewer say it came from Sweden. It's all BS.

I ordered 2 shirts March 7th and still don’t have them…. I called a number which was for PayPal and they could not help….. Hope I gets those shirts soon

DO NOT ORDER FROM SOUTFITS! I did receive my item damaged and completely the wrong size. Inquired about returning and was asked to send a picture of the original packing, waybill with SKU for them to determine if it was returnable. After all that, they offered me $2 instead of returning what I paid $39.98 (billed on my credit card statement from paypal) for, even though my receipt from them says $31.98. I declined the offer, was offered $4. Declined and insisting on returning where I was given an address in China and would have to ship at my cost. Obviously this is more that the product because they also won't pay for any shipping charges.

First, I was charged $60.86 on my card but order was only $48.69. Second, it’s been 15 days and still have not received my order. When asked to cancel they said sorry. Bad customer experience all around.

Ordered two shirts on March 4. It's now March 13, and my order hasn't even made it out of Sweden yet according to the tracking. And, I had to figure out how to track the order myself - the company never sent me a tracking link. Never notified me my items shipped like they claim on their website. I actually was going tonight to cancel my order since they hadn't shipped it yet, only to find they did... but they shipped it via the slowest method possible - 9 days and it hasn't even left the country of origin yet (and I live in the US, so it will be at least another week before they get here). Do not buy from this company. They lie about their shipping practices. They lie about sending shipping information. They lie about shipping speed (all over their website they say "Fast Shipping!"... fast shipping is not even close to what they offer). Just go somewhere else. I can't comment on the quality of the items, but if the quality of their processes so far is any sign, I imagine the shirts will be garbage.

Take a good look at the positive reviews here. They’re fake. They’re well written UNTIL you look at the big picture. Several men reviewing the quality of their leggings, lots of words like “motivational”, “inspirational”, and “inspiring” in the positive reviews. You may realize they’re formulaic, they all touch on the same points. There is basically one positive review a day, too.
