I bought a C4 synth pedal. This pedal really only does its 'thing' if you use their app. In order to use their app properly you have to log in with a username and password that you can only get by registering via the app. The problem is that you can only create an account via the mobile app, and not from the desktop app, even though the desktop app has a choice to 'create account'. Really confusing. Source Audio did however respond via e-mail and did help me get things going. Their customer service was better than most other companies. I just can't give 5 stars due to the poor experience with their app.

Signed up but too hard, I don't know how to use this services, really complicated. also email still no responses.

Fraudulent company known to make unjustifiable and unsubstantiated claims on content and "match" with fictional artists. Stay well clear.
