Dead company, get a charge back

Releases have been delayed, and there is no information about fixing this problem. AI doesn`t give clear information about that; just always the same answers

Ten years of successful operation gone. The company has degenerated. They don't care about their customers around the world. It is not difficult to see this by reading comments on social networks. They blocked my account, citing some kind of sanctions. They stole my money. I will file a report with the FBI. They should be penalized.

Looks like all the other recent reviews share the same sentiment as myself. After a few years of good experiences, it seems like Soundrop has gone to shit. No (living) customer support...only a lame AI that says the same thing every time. I've had releases "pending approval" for months. I've paid for the releases, but I've missed many release schedules now. They completely screwed up and lost my trust. They have no accountability as they don't acknowledge their mistakes nor respond with any level of support. I know they are now owned by CDBaby. As far as I can see, CDBaby is letting their acquisition crash and burn. On purpose? Who knows? This has been a bad experience and a complete let down.

Soundrop is terrible. They charged me for the service but never actually released the music. Weeks and weeks went by and they wouldn't even reply to my support tickets. It just said "Pending" for several weeks and no reply at all. I tried to get a refund and they wouldn't reply to that support request either. Terrible company. Don't waste your time and money.

I submitted a track for over a month now I haven't heard anything about it and I v paid. The release is still under reviews.

Do not use this "company" They will take your money and, as so many are saying, they will do nothing They will even deny you ever paid them
