SoundropReviews of soundrop.com

I am fairly new to using a music distributor, and Soundrop has been much more efficient than I anticipated. I usually set my release dates 2-3 weeks in the future, but their processing and delivery times are at longest 1 week and usually 5 days. Very happy with the service and these other poor reviews did used to scare me, as I was and still am sort of new to what I do. I think anyone who leaves 1 star are abusers of the system who are trying to spread lies, I do highly recommend!

Very good and helpful service. A great music distribution company.

I love Soundrop so far, I am just waiting for my distribution. It's only been a couple hours. I cannot wait, I really love the service they offer. I honestly don't care about the profits I just want my music to be shared on everything.

Excellent customer service and best in the market for cover song licensing! Ignore all the negative disgruntled morons here. They have clearly been caught abusing the system.

Best customer service and very fair model for cover songs! I transitioned from Loudr to Soundrop and while the transition was rough at first, Soundrop finally solved a lot of problems Loudr had. Distribution is really fast and the the team is the most communicative I've ever seen. As far as negative reviews go, many of them come from scammers trying to exploit the system with copyright infringement and streaming abuse, as well as people coming over from WIX music that are having problems. Really sorry for the latter, but transitions are never easy. Everything will get fixed eventually, because Soundrop is a reliable company and they always fix any problems that might occur.

Every song takes about 3-4 days to release. Amazing customer support, whenever somethings wrong they'll fix it that day.

Top class! Made my music available to deezer within 24 hours. For others 3 days. I had a problem with iTunes upload so I raised a ticket on their support page which took some extra days and I thought their support might not be good but one more day and they replied and solved my problem without any hesitation. Totally recommended!
