THEY STEAL YOUR MUSIC. This is a scam. You have no control over your own content. Support does not respond to requests. The website doesn't work properly. I never would have used it if my web host Wix didn't get rid of music distribution and basically force me to use this. I have to reach out to my lawyer to seek options.

It makes me throw up. A scam that must be stopped and made virtually explode. They steal the Money beneath your marketing and creative efforts. Vomit. Period

We have been using Soundrop since 2006 and they have been fine until just recently. Soundrop support claims get you nowhere because the staff does not care about what you need, they just say things to make you feel better without following through. They have withheld over $1,000 from our group in the past 6 months with no explaination. Sick and tired of having to email back and forth because it gets you nowhere. Will never be using them again and I suggest you use another website to stream your music.

These people are the kind of slimy parasites I wanted to avoid. Done with it and I'm going to the ombudsman. Worst Experience Ever and Thieves Incompetent client service. Although the Web page looks good at first, it is very buggy, I had to wait a month till they uploaded my music. They never paid a dime after 4 months although I made a test purchase, and my friends also purchased my album. Client service rude and incompetent. Do not waste your time.
