I'm confused about this site because it can delete your account when you make a lot of money . and they can cheat with a contract. amuse does the same trick .

First they removed all of my music saying I do not own it. Then the ones that they claimed they removed (which was my biggest seller) is still there and they can not tell me where the money from the sells are. The company they are using in my case to disperse the funds is REVELATOR and they had no answers either. Soundrop is doing shady business with my music and has no plausible answer when I inquired. We are currently gathering other Soundrop users with this similar issue to start a class action suit because Soundrop must pay. It’s Impossible to reach communication with customer support. I am waiting answers from a month. P.S. I sent to soundrop about 6 mails in one month. Last mail today .

DO NOT USE. Takes minimum two weeks to hear back from customer support if not over a MONTH. I wish I was exaggerating. Horrendous and simply stressful as even when they do reply finally they do not answer your question. So guess what happens when you respond...takes weeks more to get a reply. It might be a scam? Not sure. All I do know is their customer service is basically nonexistent so if you ever need help with ANYthing you are out of luck. Horrid beyond words.

Every artist has people who support them, and in supporting friends are the first! My friends helped me listening to my songs, and till i earned just few dollars everything was ok. Then i started promoting music (investing money) and i saw earnings growing up, like houndreds of dollars, but these scammers locked my account telling me about fraudulent streaming. So why you tell me about fraudulent streaming after 9 months, after i started earning good money? Why not closing my account when i asked my friends to help? You closed my account because you want to steal money from artists, that is why! you are scammers and someone should stop you!
