Soundrop worked well for a long period of time. But the last time Soundrop delivered my album to only one of the stores but my album was never sent to all of the other stores. I've tried to contact their support two times already and have been waiting for the reply for more than 3 weeks already. Support chat is off. So they just did not release my album at the right time and it has not been on the streaming platforms for more than a month already. And seemd nobody cares about this and there is nothing I can do about this. I have to mention that I paid money for this. Now it started looking just like scam. I'm worrying about all previous releases and what will happen to the money this company owes to their artists.

Congratulations on being the top for a while and then being the worst. You couldn't dive any deeper. No support or customer service ,no uploading in time , nothing works correctly even the collaboration payment. Really congrats.

They started out as a fairly decent company for covers but they have gone so downhill, its appalling. Support is non existent and general service is unusable.

Months' worth of waiting for your music to get distributed because they're painfully slow and reject everything. Also, near impossible to get approved for auto distro. ONLY positive about this is the price

My account has been locked with no copyright strikes. I am writing to support but there is no reply. They just say they don't want to work with me. I have close to 1800 dollars in my account and they do not give me money.

They've gone so downhill. Processing times are slow and there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL ANYMORE! NONE! if there is an issue with your release, you must contact them, however just no response. Their customer service was always bad, but for more important cases you would still get responses. Now it's non existent, no matter what issue you have

Run away, it's a scam! Two weeks passed, they took my money, nothing happened, my release still on hold. I already opened several support tickets and I was ignored, no response. SCAM!!!

This service is awful. They're the only company who will license covers without a recurring fee and they SURE do take advantage of that fact. Slow processing times, constant bugs on the site, ludicrous restrictions on things like art & title (which other distributors don't do), and poor support. Do NOT use these guys. Just put your covers on YouTube, this isn't worth it.
