I have not received any updates about shipping and it doesn't give the shipping estimated time at checkout

A very poor ran company, if you want my opinion . I ordered over a month ago & still have not received my order. Despite contacting you two different times. I have stopped payment on my order for this reason.

Almost 8 days ago I placed an order. I figured I would get the order or get an email telling me if and when the order would ship. I have not heard a word from this company. But’s it took them no time to take the money out of my bank account.

Very slow. No communication

Have not received order, no response from emails sent re: status of order. Got confirmation of order over 2 weeks ago

Placed order and waited a couple of days. Tried calling but no one picked up. A couple of days later, my order was cancelled for no reason. Tried calling again and no one picked up, Terrible experience with this company. 0 stars.

I have not received the product and the company had not responded to 3 requests for information. I am reporting them as fraud.

They canceled my order with no explanation
