I purchased salt and pepper bundle. There is no way I can believe this is real hair as the company claims. But that’s wasn’t my issue. It tangles and mats up frequently Like almost by the minute. I removed it and purchase a less expensive brand that I am more satisfied with. I do not recommend

Last Update : ***************** Hello everyone, I hope you know that I have better things to do than writing a review on SOUL LADY. If I can copy and paste what this company has written to me I will. This all started because one they sent me the wrong wig I noticed it as soon as I took it out of the box. Two, it did not have a draw string as advertised, and three despite me staying in contact for 2 weeks they had still refused to give me a total refund or exchange for the wig. All they were offering was 24.00 refund and a code of 20% off next purchase. So the back and forth has been about trying to get a full refund .which is allowed under the policy of returning within 15 days. That's why I didn't understand why I was given so much pushback when the very next day I texted and called but I was still offered 24 $ refund a 20% off coupon off next wig and I was told I had to pay restocking fee if I sent it back? I just couldn't understand why they were offering me this instead of refund or even exchange?. Do you think i would be posting these reviews ? I posted my review then I received an email to please take it down Had Lady Soul just have said they would take wig back? without insulting me with a 24$ refund? This back and forth went on for weeks of my trying to get full refund. After it became obvious that's all they were offering and not to exchange. I tried to try to adjust wig and alter it. (but because they did not send wig with a drawstring it is still to big and does not stay on at all it moves around. I emailed and explained to them that after such a long time of back and forth, that I had altered the wig. Lady Soul then offered to give me 84.00 to my PayPal account but ONLY if I change my review. That was the ONLY deal that they offered. I told them once they send the 84.00 I would change my review. I saw the 84.00 in Paypal account it was then that I let the viewers know that at least they had offered something ( and I was honest and kept my word) The deal was never to send wig back, don't you think that if those were the terms then none of this would be on Trust pilot? it was to change my review and yes, they did try to come to some agreement it was as mentioned with the 24.00 etc. above. but it was only about the above suggestions from them. Speak about honesty, are you ready for this? Even though I posted to the viewers after receiving 84.00 in paypal that Lady Soul (even though it was not a complete refund but that at least the offer was better then 24.00 I let everyone know that a total of 100. was given to me 24.00 refunded to my credit card and 84.00 to pay pal. Here's what Lady Soul did after I changed my review as requested/ A notice was emailed to me that my Pay Pal account was negative. Lady Soul took back the 84.00 they made me the Seller instead of the buyer ( put in back in under ( goods and services ) Thats what Pay Pal explained to me as to how I became the seller . So now unless LADY SOUL Reverse the transaction where they are the seller and I was the buyer ? any money that goes into my Pay Pal account the 84.00 will be taken out. unless Soul Lady tells the truth about them being the seller Now how dishonest is that? Then they said the 84.00 only if I would take down my review it was not contingent on me giving an altered wig back . My whole plea was to just either exchange wig or full refund they lied about me having to send wig back I have no reason to make these things up and be bothered and frustrated if they would not have given me so much trouble in the first place its all about what an actual company can do who sells under paypal So this is the sneaky thing that they did and sooo dishonest!!!! I have never dealt with a company like this. I have emails to prove also how paypal says I am negative 84.00 from Lady Soul reversing the payment. And now when I email them or text about what they did I am told it happened because I did not completely take down my Review.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!! I've written about my experience in my previous reviews. After numerous emails to try to either exchange the wig or receive a full refund of $298.00 Soul Lady finally decided to refund me 100.00. First they refunded me 24.00, and then 84.00. Although I had to fight to get that, and the fair thing to do would have been to return the entire refund, from the very beginning, they did try. I still cannot wear the wig as it is way too big without the draw string that was supposed to come with the wig. So I accepted the 100.00.Something is better than nothing :(

They got me too!!! Sent me a worn frizzy curly headband wig in a Fedex bag. No pretty box with the inner bag for storage! I was shocked!! I emailed them and they wanted to give me$10 for my troubles! Gave some flimsy excuse why it wasn't boxed. Outta over $100+. Spread the word! Steer clear of soullady wigs!!

My mom ordered a wig for her sister's funeral, she had to travel out of the country for the funeral and ordered the wig a month prior. She ordered a salt and pepper wig but didnt like it when it came and the cap was too big. She sent an email requesting to return the wig for a refund. After about 3 days, she received a response saying she would be wasting time and money to return the wig and if she tries it they were sure she would like it. I responded to this email on my mom's behalf asking them for a full refund, we went back and forth for days until ultimately they agreed to do a partial refund. They indicated that they do not pay for returns and I would have to foot that cost, they sent a discount for a new wig, my mom agreed to take the new wig since she was on a time crunch. This was now about 10 days before her trip to the funeral. She purchased the new wig and agreed to return the first wig for a partial refund. My mom left for the funeral yesterday without a wig, the new wig she purchased was not delivered. Upon receipt of the email agreeing to give us a partial refund, I checked the return requirements which said I had to return the wig to a specified address, there were no specified address so I had to go back and email them. I took them 3 days and a follow up email to respond on where to return the wig. Also did i mention that even with the discount, the 2nd wig which we are still yet to receive was more expensive than the first. We should be receiving a $20 coupon with the refund which I'm sure we will have no use for at this point because why would we want to keep purchasing from this site?

I ordered my wig back in May and it is now almost July and I haven't received anything. I sent several emails requesitng my money however I keep getting excuses. The wig was not cheap and I would like my money back. I am going to contact my bank and I am going to report them to the BBB. I hope this helps someone else who is thinking of purchasing from this company. DON'T it is a scam!!!!! Very dissatisfied customer.

I have not received any notification from this company as to returning SL30598 this wig. during the interum I purchased another wig SL30994 and am in the process of returning that one because the color is off. I just dont want to work with this company any longer under any circumstance. I received a phone call telling me that I would receive some kind of form for return for SL30598 and also a text on May 31st telling me it is their holiday period and they would get back with me. None of that happened!! My recourse now is to contact the Better Business Bureau and my bank for solution. I am returning both wigs and looking for to a resolution promptly. This initially started May 21, 2025

12/14/24 I ordered a wig which was the most realistic wig I ever saw. I thought, wow❗ somebody is actually making believable salt and pepper wigs that look REALISTIC In different styles and lengths. I ordered (20923) This sale; ($214.00) and some odd cents for a wig for my daughters wedding.I got slightly concerned wen I didn't get any emails on tracking, because I ordered the EXPRESS option. Days went by so I emailed them and got a quite humble response response saying it will be shipped out next day So I withdrew concern and continued with excitement to wait. More days with no response. I emailed they kept making excuses and apologies. Then she tells me these things take time,I said you told me it ships tomorrow. The humble approach is to keep you from asking for a refund. Then finally as the wedding was here, I asked for my money back or I will call PayPal. I thought I found a company that made human wigs for people that are starting to gray with beautiful cuts and styles that nobody else was doing. The styles were unbelievable ❗ You know why they are unbelievable ❓ because they are not real. This company is a sham and does not have the product it is advertising. Once they get the sale they pretend to send it and send something else or delay. I finally called PayPal and sent them the emails so they can investigate. I told soul lady that's l want a total refund to the last cent. They told me to STOP THE COMPLAINT then PayPal will unblock the money and then they would refund my money . They were trying to get me to stop the complaint against them, then once I drop it it's anybody's guess if they would refund me. At one point she said if I wait, she would refund me 15% of wat I paid. I said NO! so that means you want to give me 15%of wat I paid, how do I benefit from a deal like that❓ once Paypal reviewed the emails they refunded the whole thing . SOUL LADY WIGS HAS NO PRODUCT. The reviews that approve of soul lady wigs are bogus and made up. Read the one star reviews, they are similar to mine. Too many stories that talk about wrong item , not like image in the advertisement. I will NEVER buy from them again and my advice is DO NOT BUY FROM SOUL LADY. There are wig stores that do sell partial and full graying wigs, I just wished they looked like the one in soul lady's bogus photo images. They look good don't they❓ well soul lady is aware of that and have zoomed in on how to make money,that's how they scam people. It's best to buy through PayPal. They were so helpful in getting my money back.

REALLY ONE STAR IS TO MUCH. THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MERSHIDISE. THE SHIPPIPING CODE DIDN'T WORK TO EVEN TRACK MY SHIPMENT.
