I have purchased several wigs and headbands from Soul Lady Wigs, and overall I have been very pleased with my purchases. The quality and selection have been good, and I have enjoyed finding different styles to fit my needs. There was one purchase that I was disappointed with, but I was very impressed with how the company handled the situation. They allowed me to return the item and exchange it for something else, and I was able to find a replacement that I really liked. I truly appreciate a company that stands behind its products and is willing to work with its customers to make things right.
