Anna took the timetable help me pick righ color, which wasn't easy. I am so so happy with my standard Gray ponytail, drawstring. I'm so happy with it that I'm going to order another one. I called Anna she called me back to discuss ordering again. They are super helpful. Understand that if you make a custom made they do tell you that it's non-refundable. I think sometimes people get stuck with this, they show you the product before they ship it, so there's no hidden agenda. Soul Lady is a trusted company worth working with.

Customer service is awesome
Customer service is awesome, I ordered a large cap. Anna called to tell me that what I ordered doesn't come in a large but she will help me find replacement. She had me measure to make sure the correct size. When she couldn't find exactly what I wanted she said they can customize it. All I had to pay was the difference. She was also very patient. Thank you Anna.

I received my unit in a very short…
I received my unit in a very short amount of time, this means a lot in case you may need to exchange etc. The unit I received after trying on I fell in love with, it looks like my natural hair..where I'm not fully gray and still have a decent amount of my natural color. I was truly impressed !

I WAS TAKEN BY SURPRISE!!
I was really surprised at the service & outcome of an order I placed. The diligence & persistence to work with me to ensure I received the best product was exceptional. I am so happy with the hand made human hair Wigs I received. They are beautiful & the texture of the hair was unbelievable. I did not expect my Wigs to be so nice. The funny thing is how they arrived. One package bag that contained 3 wigs each in individual clear bags. Nothing fancy... Only my wigs! Thank you for your dedication & commitment. 😲⭐️😀💗

After writing a review about a personal concern (wig too big and too short for my liking). I received an email from them that made me feel cared about. They even sent a video on how to adjust my wig and made suggestions on a longer length. I appreciate that! Because of such feedback I will definitely order again.

Perfect
This is my second ponytail in dark salt and pepper and it's just as pretty as the first one I bought. Like the other one, I did cut it some and it's perfect. I also combed it out some and it gives it a more natural look. I love it!!!
