I have purchased 3 wigs from this…
I have purchased 3 wigs from this company and have requested for the wigs to be customized. Now the first wig I purchased I informed them for a smaller cap, the wigs are beautiful and real human hair don’t get me wrong, but customer service and the response time is terrible. I am still waiting for them to respond back to me regarding the wigs are too big for my head and I paid extra to get the two wigs customized to fit my head and they have not responded back to my request for the other issue that I asked them for. I will not be ordering anything from this company anymore.

My wig took forever to arrive
My wig took forever to arrive! When I finally got it the color and the cut were exceptional! Just beautiful! However, the cap was too large no matter how I adjusted it. This was two years ago and I only wore the wig once! I gave it to my niece. At the time I didn’t know you could get a smaller size (and pay more) or I would have done it. Now, I might try another wig from them, even though I don’t believe you should have to pay more for a smaller size.

It took almost a month to receive my…
It took almost a month to receive my wig. Very disappointing. The wig finally arrived and, well I love it. I’m going to my stylist to have it styled for me. It is just what I expected and more.

Lace front was cut & shedding

Return problems
My first senior wig I loved it, it was perfect. My 2nd wig I didn't like and I tried everything to return it. Customer service didn't help me. I'm very disappointed with the return policy. I won't buy from them again. My wig was expensive and if I wanted to return it I should not have a problem doing so.

The hair had an odor to it and the…
The hair had an odor to it and the color was totally off. I just wasn't happy with it. But it definitely could be to someone other liken. I'm more touch and feel and smell person. O' it shedded alot.
