I like the product and when I called customer service with questions the woman was very knowledgeable about the product and listened intently. I felt after our conversation I needed more time to see the results I was looking for so she offered me a great deal to order more of the salves.

Easy to contact, fast response to any questions I have. Starting using my first Miracle Balm. I like it.
