They keep charging my credit card without letting me know unauthorized charges, and they are not refunding back. You don’t mean at all you’re just losing it. They are Chinese so guess how frauds they charge several of my credit cards they are not refunding back they give the coins and they force you to play with it

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! At first, they were letting me redeem my sweepstakes coins because I was adding money. Then I hit for over $10, 000, they locked my account. But, they allowed me to redeem $1,600. Your account is verified before you start playing. They stated they need KYC Verification and once you type in your info, it doesn’t work. They don’t want to pay you. So, they closed my account out.

I had fraud on my debit card and just now connected it to these pos they’re totally fraud their games are not even working properly they tried to tell me after checking that my bonus concluded normally when it’s still froze and they let all my “free spins” for the deposit bonus expire bc the game wa frozen.

Total scam. It doesn't let you reedem your winnings and you cannot get ahold of customer service. I've been trying for 3 days and nothing. They are fraud and I wouldn't spend your money on this site.

I absolutely love it. I won $100. I haven’t been paid out on it yet but it should be coming soon. They say one to three days when you are first starting out so hopefully I will see you in one to three days and if I do, I’ll will definitely let you know when I do definitely let you know, but I definitely give this one. A five star review they’re awesome
