I have to say, I was skeptical. After weeks of research, I decided to try my luck and hope for the best. I had found a fabric from another company that I was determined to have, but their pricing was much higher than I wanted to spend. I finally found it on your site. In all honesty, your reviews are varied and caused me concern, but one thing swayed me. The majority of negative reviews came from your international side, not your USA presence. Those reviews were very good. So I tossed the dice, and am so happy I did! I LOVE my curtain panels. They are exactly what I envisioned and wanted. Pretty and well made, good quality. My only recommendations are #1, for orders in the USA send hanging instructions in English. #2, providing a better/ more clear explanation of how to insert the hooks for the different pleating options would be very helpful. I will say that costumer service was very responsive but depended on emails going back and forth. Being able to speak to someone at the number listed would have been optimal but did not happen.
