Ordered a skingcare product and got ghosted.

Every time I have had my manicures and pedicures done it's absolutely fantastic. Would not go anywhere else. It's amazing how she does the designs to the pictures I show her. I might add all hand drawn on my nails. So beautiful never seen anyone else who can do nails like this. I've been too lots of places. This is the absolute Best. So very friendly as well. I'm never disappointed with my services.

WHAT A SCAMM! AFTER ONE MONTH AND COUNTLESS EMAIL I GOT SOMETHING THAT IS NOT REMOTELY CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED! STAY AWAYY!

I ordered from them on May 22nd and they said they shipped my purchase on June 2nd and the tracking hasn't moved. I emailed them and they won't respond, I tried calling and the number is disconnected. I opened a case against them with Paypal.

Sophia's Beauty is a wonderful website for perfumes and beauty products. I have ordered from them several times, and the customer service has been friendly and courteous. The perfumes were genuine and quality, and were packaged carefully and shipped promptly with tracking on both occasions. I highly recommend this website, and will definitely order from Sophia's Beauty again.

The item was perfectly packaged and priced! And it arrived very quickly, within 2 or 3 days... I used it on the day i received it and I am using it even now!!! Looking forward to future purchases from Sophiasbeauty!!!!
