We ordered a dress for my daughter's prom after reviewing the return policy carefully. My daughter did not like how the dress looked on her. I followed the return procedures they laid out and was then subjected to a litany of ridiculous emails from them. I sent an email requesting a return. They emailed back asking what was wrong. I returned saying nothing was wrong, my daughter just didn't like how the dress looked on her. They emailed back asking for photos to see what was wrong with the dress. I emailed again stating yet again that there is nothing wrong with the dress, we just don't like it. They emailed asking again for photos. I then sent them photos asking agian for them to honor their return policy. They sent back an email, and I quote: "What a beautiful dress you got". I again emailed demanding a return RMA based on their return policy. They sent an email back saying they can see nothing wrong with the dress. I sent them a final email this morning letting them know how dishonorable they are and what a scam they are running. This company's communication with the customer is excellent. The beading on one of the dresses we ordered wasn't exactly what we thought it would look like but we can make it work. I am buying for two teenage girls I can't afford $300+ dresses at a bridal shop. This way does take a little longer but is a cheaper option. I would definitely order from them again.

We chose the best color option based on the choices given for the picture we were looking at. We got "light sky blue" and that is what the dress is in person but not the same color as the picture we saw when ordering. Everything else is great!

Dress qualify is great. Delivered earlier than expected as well. The only 2 negatives are that the bust was a little large and I did custom measurements. I know I didn't put the wrong measurement in and I've been measured multiple times by professionals...nothing fashion tape can't fix I suppose! And the zipper is a little hard to zip up regardless if I'm wearing the dress or its on a hanger. But it's doable. I just hope it doesn't break in the future.

I was a bit skeptical ordering, because my daughter is not easy to fit and hadn't tried any Prom Gowns on. We followed the measurements and my daughter chose the dress. We received the dress 1 week before it was promised and we were so very satisfied! It was a beautiful dress and I could see the quality was first rate. My daughter just beamed, when she tried on the gown. Such a good value for what we spent and I will definitely use them again for Prom Dresses! Thank You!

Awesome fast delivery. The only problem is with my daughters sizes compared to your chart the dress is a size too big, according to your chart with her sizes she needed a 14 but actually she needed a 12. We will need to alter it but we do have time and it is a very pretty dress!
