Stay away from buying anything from this company!!!!!!! I purchased shoe containers since May and today is Sept 25.No product or refund...They need to find who’s behind this company and arrest them..Just think about how much money this fraudulent company has made off of consumers.

A one star rating is too high and we should have read the reviews before purchasing. The shoe stackable we purchased took close to 2-moths to ship from NY to out of the country and back to the US again (still SMH). The package came unassembled with no instructions. The main stackable material was flimsy plastic that didn’t properly fit with the other pieces. Very very disappointed.

I viewed a deal on their website for a Robotic vacuum, sweeper, wetmop. It was to have a station with water and would act as a wet mop and go back to the station and empty dirty water. What I just received is a different product. Only a robot vacuum that if you want to wet mop, place a moist pad under it. These are scammers from the word go. Listen to others and do not purchase anything from them. You are not going to receive what was advertised.

Horrible experience - STAY AWAY!! Their shoe rack shows an image of shoes like Jordan’s that can fit inside - couldn’t even fit my yeezys. On top of that, they shipped the wrong color. Trying to return requires learning to work with Chinese Addresses only after starting a case with PayPal and just overall, will NEVER buy from these frauds again

After waiting for items shipped to me from China, This fraudulent company ripped me off by sending me flimsy paper-thin plastic material (I can’t even call it cardboard) it was that thin. Trying to pass off as sturdy stackable shoe boxes you can find on the container store website. When I tried contacting their customer service email, I received a bounce-back as the company is now out of business. I purchased thru PayPal and they made me jump thru hoops to get a refund. At this point I didn’t care I was determined to get my $$ back. If You purchased thru PaypL, they’re going to make you file a case with a government internet fraud organization and provide them a copy of the case. Follow their instructions and see it all the way tnrough. Oh & they’re going to try to cut you a deal & offer to refund you a percentage of the total amount you spent. These snakes should not get away with our hard earned money. Took 5 months to get my full refund from PayPal.

What a joke. Purchaded these "stackable" boxes from them. Got them in. They are far from what the picture showed and not good quality at all. Not even stackable. I asked for a refund (paid $102). They offered me a partial refund of $3, then $5. What a joke. I'm going to try and find a way to dispute them. This company needs to be taken down from the internet for fraudulent items and advertising.

I ordered the latest smart robot puppy. I ordered it in May and I got in August. When I opened up the package, I found that: 1. It wasn't even close to being the latest one, it was literally a toy 2. One of the legs was broken off and it was obvious that the whole packaging had been opened up before it was sent to me 3. It was all in Chinese, and I couldn't use a translator to translate it. Do not buy from them. It's a waste of your money and I lost $40 on this piece of garbage.

This company is a legit scammer. They sell products using beautiful photo. Quality in videos and photo looks good but when you recieve the product, it looks junk. Poor quality. I bought a product amounting $60. It was poor quality. Asked for refund. They gave me $4 and thats the best they can give according to email support. Please do not fall on their false advertisements.
