Had a rough time the first day not finding a vein but a very sweet lady named Ty told me to come back the next day and she would get me.in right away. I came back and got in super quick thx to her and she found a vein the 1st try! She was so nice and calming through it all, I appreciate everything these guys do for us.

Customer service is nearly non-existent. They do not answer the phone. There is no receptionist at the front desk. You sign in on a kiosk. There is no way to ask a questions prior to your visit, or verify that your labwork was received until they bring you back to a room to draw blood. So you wait for nothing. It's 2026 and clearly faxing orders doesn't work well, so it's time to use a different system of delivery. The phlebotomists are good at their job. It's the business model and technology used that I have issue with.

Changed password repeatedly. Finally got into the site. Live in CA. Address changed months ago. Have used CA site before. Only AZ locations came up. Customer service- only showed AZ number. Told they couldn’t help. Gave me another number. Could not help with site problems. Gave another number. They Could only make appointment. They made appt for 7/20. Again after numerous attempts to log in today- no upcoming appointments. Then repeatedly locked out. Spent Literally hours trying to make an appointment. Easily just made appt with Labcorps.

Rude, unprofessional and very badly run. The wait was long… and seeing them interact with the clients was cringe. If being rude was a job requirement they would take the prize

Pinky Plana is a great tech. She did my blood work at Sottopelle, Scottsdale. She is very professional and kind. It did not hurt at all!

SonoraQuest doesn’t believe in having a receptionist. Customer service is atrocious. They won’t help you unless you sign in even if your question is basic. And once you sign in you have to wait “your turn” in line even if you’re here for blood draw, which is a waste of time and a poor system on their part! And on top of that their approach is not friendly, not welcoming! They need to reconsider their their system. It seems like most if not all SQ officers are like this. Whoever is running this company is out of touch of what is needed! So disappointing!

When your scheduled tests are “fasting” tests, and you arrive at their lab during their posted hours, and the lights are off and door locked, it is easy to be upset and angry. Appointments are useless at this place, as you wait 30-40 minutes even with an appointment. I will ask my primary care to switch the order to Labcorp. Hopefully, they will be open during their normal stated hours at Labcorp.

I used Sonora Quest for years. Was charged 1/23/26 for bloodwork the office in Casa Grande, AZ said Medicare "may not pay". They would not do any other bloodwork until that one was paid even if I asked them to take that one test off. Paid it then my doctor resubmitted another code to Sonora Quest on 2/3/26. 3/2/26 Sonora Quest said they submitted the new code to Medicare for the claim on 2/13/26. Medicare did not see the submission on their end. On 4/2/26 still no resubmission from Sonora Quest. I called SQ back. The gentleman said he saw where the code was in but not submitted to Medicare on 2/13/26 and said he would submit it and refund my initial payment that will take up to 30 days to see the refund. We will see if it gets done. This is exactly why I no longer use SQ. They keep the money and don't submit the new codes to Medicare? Most people would have given up but I won't. LabCorp never charges me upfront so that's who I use now.
