This is tough because we love the finished product. But getting there was tough. We ordered our pergola directly from the company. They advertised 3-5 days shipping. It took over two weeks to get our pergola. The instructions are not very descriptive and can be tough to follow. There is a video to watch and that helps a bit. We did run into trouble when we installed the ceiling parts and installed the crank and the crank wouldn’t move the ceiling tiles. We called customer service and they were not able to help us after several hours. We ended up figuring it out ourselves. There’s a trick with the crank installation that the instructions don’t make clear. After installing the crank, you have to use a wrench to tighten the black plastic knob as tight as possible or the crank won’t catch the gear to move the rope. Then we installed the LED lights and one of the lights came with the circuitry reversed, which kept causing a short. We had to open the LED housing and reverse the strip. Then it worked. Now that it’s all together, we love it. There were some challenges. But now that it’s up and working, we are really enjoying it.

Poor communication, poor customer service, failure to ship product, and refused refund. Waited over a month to receive the product, finally ordered from a better company. Then they said it had already shipped and they couldn't cancel it. The company also only communicated via an unidentified cell phone (probably from china). Stay far far away from Sonkuki. They also sell through Lowes, so avoid the product there as well. We originally purchased from Lowes, but they sent Lowes the wrong item, and it was delivered to us... Crazy bad experience. Stay Away...

Stay away from this company. Ordered two Umbrella covers, two different orders, qty 1 each. The company had a coupon code for $10 off you order with free shipping. This crappy company went and canceled both orders without a reason. Stay away!

I needed a replacement piece for an Adirondack chair and they kept telling me that they couldn't send me one even though I offered to pay them for it. Their recommendation was to buy a new chair. Worst customer service ever. Pretty sad since I had purchased over $500 of chairs.

Was sent the wrong color cantilever umbrella, after all the phone calls and text messages about the color I ORDERED , they STILL got it wrong so now I have to wait even longer to hopefully get what I ordered to begin with, let's hope they get it right this time !!!!
