This was a great tool. I'm not really a video guy, nor a CC guy by extension. So, this tool is much more user friendly than any other that I have tried. I don't have to mess with CC files very often, so I don't need any expensive software. It was nice to buy a few credits, easily auto-convert the audio from the video file that I upload, and then I could make some adjustments. The default settings worked like a charm in my video after I exported the CC file(surprising). I will be happy to use this again. As a matter of fact, I am going to start offering a service for my customers of making their videos more hearing-impaired friendly because Sonix was so smooth. Great work.

I liked it that I could watch the video or listen to the recording while editing.

I signed up for the free trial and transcribed 3 audios total 10 minutes in German, and the translation accuracy is awesome. Of course there are minor errors but I would say 95-97% accurate! Which is way more than I expected and especially saw with other software. BR
