I know this is a small thing to most of you, but I just finished buying a corn dog and a sonic drive-in. It was small, the batter was tough in the meat was without flavor. This is not the way it used to be. this just happened wake up Sonic.

Horrible experience- I started off with a takeout order, which mysteriously changed to pick up and when I drove all the way over there, they couldn't find the order. The chicken strips are burnt to a CRISP. I will never order from Sonic again.

I have now twice ordered through the app and been charged three times on my debit card. Usually the experience is good, I have not always been checking to see I was charged appropriately. When I called and reported the problem they claim to only see one charge. This occurred the first time on 9-11-2022 when I ordered and even checked in at the drive in & did not receive my order because a fire had occurred. I thought they were going to refund the 3 charges, but when I checked today found not only was I not refunded, but I had again be charged 3 times for one order. Again they only see one charge on their end. They need to investigate their system.

I drove to the Sonic located at 3300 W Market St Johnson City, Tn. I ordered a medium banana shake... I got all the way home to find out that I got a small peanut butter one....uck. I tried to call the store and they don't answer the phone. I called corporate customer service and complained to them and they told me the store should call me back within 24 hours....no such thing.
