I ordered 2 drinks through my app and checked into stall 1. It said my drinks would be ready 5:36. I even got out and pressed the button for service and they didnt even answer. It is now 5:57. I am now waiting in the drive through lane to get my drinks. And the drive through line is backed up. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Highway 49 Medicine Park Oklahoma! The food and drink were terrible! Sloppy made and the drink ugh! Threw it all away after one bite and sip! Braums is the best in Oklahoma!

our experience was not good , waited almost 20 mins to order our food and then fries were cold gave me no sauce for my chicken strips and forgot our salt and pepper and our slushy will not come back to Perrysburg ohio sonic again

The Sonic on Inwood had a 1hour wait. Even when you order online. When you pull up to a number they never come out. I will call in the store than they say they are short staffed and to come in the drive thru. They need some working ac Ordering online is difficult

I was very disappointed in the palatine,il location. Dont ever order hot dogs . We had one order of the foot Long and 2 order of the regular size Chicago hot dog. Neither one of us good it eat. Nothing worse than cold and partially cook dog. Left hungry with no lunch .We told the guy at counter and he said nothing. So, we had to eat elsewhere.

The absolute worst sonic I’ve ever been to is University Parkway in Jackson Tn. Never fixes your order the way you ordered it. I did mobile app & pickup & burgers were terrible. I’m never going to that one again.

I literally hate the new sonic menu. Especially the new slushie menu. The menu has slowly been getting worse with time, but this is the final straw. Why does everything have to be so fancy and complicated all the time? All I wanted was a simple lemonade slush
