every day for a week now my daughter and i order the same items: 2 root beer floats and mozerella sticks. everyday my order was told to them how i wanted my root beer floats ,1/2 and 1/2, i dont ask for much yet they always seem to mess up things for us, once they got it right and this was by a white female and i thanked her for doing it right and listening to me. the last day this black cashier gave me a full cup of ice cream and a drop of root bear, i asked to please remake my order correctly he said we did, i said if u did we wouldnt be having this conversation he proceeded to argue with me , i said just please refund me my money, he said give me my drinks back, i gave one and said my money, please. he said my drinks. i was holding the drink out to him and he didnt take it and called me a female dog, i threw it at him, hitting him in his torso. they called the cops i went to jail i got out and went home, sonic gets no starts from me.

The Sonic at 2403 W Andrew Johnson Highway’s service all around has gone completely down hill. Their slushie machine has been “down”for weeks,the food isn’t what it used to be and I’m not sure who is in charge of hiring employees there but they might want to investigate the two dark hairedgirls that work the drive through window (because the stalls haven’t been open in quite some time so the same two are always on drive thru.) because Everytime me,or one of my friends or one of my coworkers go there and they are working,there is always an issue. They either can’t take debit cards because their systems are always down is what they say and then say they have to take exact change because they don’t have enough to give you change back,meaning if all you have is cash and you don’t have time to go somewhere else ,whatever change you would have gotten back you won’t be getting back and I think that they do that on purpose because it happens quite often and they know that there are people who will just tell them to “keep the change”. And when their debit card machine is working,they either take forever giving it back to you or they will straight out say that they already gave it back to you even if they never did. This happens ALL THE TIME and one of my friends had used her CC at Sonic about a month back and later that night she had fraudulent charges on it. And anytime I have paid half cash and half card,they always try to charge my debit the full amount even after me telling them that I only have a certain amount on my card. It literally happens every single time. I don’t know if it was just a coincidence or what but I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if these girls are writing peoples credit card info down. Not to mention they are SO EXTREMELY RUDE to everyone. Between the money issue and their poor customer service and food,I don’t even want to go anymore. It’s said that a once amazing fast food restaurant is now literally running ya’lls business into the ground. I used to love this place so much but the hassle customers have to go through and the possibility of being stolen from is just not worth it.

I am sick and tired of the bull that we aren’t allowed to eat inside. Get over the covid bull . What is a person suppose to do when you are in a motor home Thanks for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently visited the 81st and Lewis Sonic in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was nearly 6pm on a Tuesday and only two cars were in the lot. I figured this should be quick since those are either the employees cars or they only have two customers. I hit the button and then sat with the car running for the ac (it was over 100 degrees out). I had the window down so I could hear them, but after three songs played through on the radio I'd not been acknowledged. I told my daughter-in-law that this was ridiculous because it's too hot out for me to keep this window down and the speaker immediately came to life saying they would be right with me. Obviously, they were listening. I was hoping that this would be quick because my granddaughter was making a fuss wanting food. Another three songs play through on the radio as well as the DJ talking about upcoming events. Still nothing. It has been well over twenty minutes sitting here and no service so I told them since they don't want my service I'd go elsewhere. My son later told me that he no longer goes there (he lives close to it) because they have a reputation for ignoring their customers. I proceeded to the one on 91st and Yale. They were more than happy to take my order and had us through in roughly five minutes. My granddaughter was finally happy and calmed down, but this was a situation that should never have happened in the first place for a location that wasn't even busy. I gave one star because it required it, but they don't even deserve that. I'd give the second one a five star, but I can't do both on here in one review. That was my first and last time to ever go to the 81st and Lewis location. I can't give a review on their food because it appears they don't actually serve any.

Sonic refuses to be transparent with customers. They promised to go cage-free in 2016, but still have not published their progress. I called their customer service and they still didn't answer what their progress is.

my 9 year old and I visited Las Vegas location on West Chyenne Blvd. on June 2, I called them them morning and inquired about the outside seating, and was told it is now available and they told me to arrive before the lunch rush so my service would be better.. We drove in and were told the out-door seating is not open. We could eat in the car. I do not eat in my car, it is not a restaurant and I have a messy 9 year old. We ordered our food, brought in a bag making us eat from a sack on our laps...no place for a drink, so had to be between our legs. As we were waiting two employees departed the bulilding and went to four tables for outdoor dining and turned them upside down...so we FOR SURE would not eat there. Food really good here, but service lousy. They forgot my beverage, so that tip money went to the chocolate shake which I did not get. /Sorry. Will never go back here. There are other places, thousands to be exact, of places to go in Las Vegas for food. I do not eat in cars, that is why I call first to be sure the outdoor seating is available. Off to the car wash.

We recently went to Sonic Drive In store #6188 on Hwy 707 Myrtle Beach. At 8:45 PM we were told there was no drive in service, only drive through. When I pressed the "Red Button" all the person said was "drive through only" in about 3 milliseconds. Nearly intelligible. So to the drive THROUGH we go. Simple order....2 foot long coney dogs/ add cheese and onion/fries and 2 drinks. Also a blizzard and a shake. Nearly $30 dollars later we pull into one of the "Drive In" spots to eat our delicious meal/sarc. First we noticed our drinks were warm and had NO ICE. Then we open our Coney dogs to find they had ONLY cheese and onion. NO CHILI. I didn;t order no chili...I said ADD cheese and onion. So I take them back inside to get them corrected and was promptly told to GET OUT. I told the little dimwit I wanted chili on my dogs and some ice for my drinks. THEN she says they are out of ice.....um...ya think you could have told us that when we ordered? So then she comes back with two new coney dogs with chili and cheese but NO onion. ??? I was done arguing....you can beat incompetence. We just ate what we could and threw the rest on the ground. Just pathetic that this is the "new normal". I should have stayed home and grilled some dogs myself. Up yours Sonic....I wish I could leave a NEGATIVE 10 STARS.

North Platte NE - no advertised special - no cake batter shakes, no onion rings and 3 days later no help. I pulled up and pressed button to make order and after waiting what seemed like 3-5 minutes the speaker blasted at me no orders except for drive thru! There were 7-10 cars in the stalls getting same treatment! I won't be coming back.
