Do not go to Sonic on SMain St in High Point if you want anything to eat. We sat in line for 30 min behind 2 cars. We ordered chili cheese fries only. We get to the window and was told by a young boy as he laid on the counter "our chili is frozen and you will have to pull over and wait". We said why could you not have told this to us 30 minutes ago and of course there was no answer. The smell of weed was so strong coming out of the restaurant that I know what the answer was. The back door was open and we almost got a contact high while at the speaker. Something needs to be done about this nasty, unprofessional place that is supposed to be selling food!

Ordered online, pick up at 1245, got there sprinklers running and aimed at the drive thru (not happy) took over, order delivered at 105. Tots were cold, chicken was cold. Doubtful we will return. Sad,sad experience.

If I could leave zero stars on this review I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They give you the runaround when you call and they don't return calls when they say they're escalating the problem to thatIf I could leave zero stars on this review I would. They have even kept a $25 gift card I purchased. Do NOT do business with this company.

The Sonic @ 8803 US-301, Parrish, FL is one of the worst Sonic Drive-Ins I encountered in a long time. I've visited this same establishment 5 times now and each time the experience becoming worse. To begin with 3 out of 5 times they were out of an item. Secondly, wait time in the drive thru varies 15-20 minutes with 0 to 3 cars in front of me. Lastly, every time the burgers or chili dogs have looked like they've been setting under a lamp for hours and taste incredibly old/dry.

I cannot believe any group of people could be so incompetent! I went to the drive-up and waited for half an hour for two cheeseburgers! It was NOT that busy. That is the usual for this place. Get a cook that can multi-task. Why not tell the party to pull into one of the parking order slots and BRING them the food? That makes too much common since. The people who just want a drink can get it then. They also screwed up my drink order. You need to get a Manager or something! Unbelievable. Why am I doing this?

The Sonic app sucks. It works smoothly maybe 1 in 3 visits. So, consider this 1 star review as 1.67 stars.

I want to make everyone aware of something I've been working on since July 16th. We ordered some food and drinks for the SONIC on Louis Henna in Round Rock. We got everything EXCEPT the large tots that I was going to have. The drinks were great - as usual. Everything I eat any of their coneys or hamburgers though - I get sick. So I ordered a large order of tots - I was going to eat a salad that I already had at home with them. Now, I don't have a car, and I'm a senior and disabled - so anything I order has to be delivered. A friend of my son's was over at the house and he said he would go and pick up the order. I had ordered an extra cheeseburger in case one of them wanted it - or to split it. Well, when the meal arrived - the large tots was missing. I let SONIC know right away - online. I TRIED to call the business directly - but the line was busy from 6:00pm - ish until I gave up at 9:30pm. So I emailed Sonic- corporate to let them know what is going on. I've been playing EMAIL TAG with them ever since. I went ahead and ate 1/2 of the extra burger even though I was hesitant. Sure enough - I got sick. Their food USED to be good. We all used to crave it........up until about 6 years ago or so. (I can't remember exactly when). Anyway, the food changed. It tasted different and it almost always did not sit well with my stomach....so I'd just get a drink and tots anytime we got food from there. I was NOT happy and I'm the one that paid for the order!! I called that store for 3 hours and all I got was a busy signal. I finally got through after 10pm and told the person about it and he told me to go on the app and report it. This is NOT the first time I've had issues with this location and everytime I've tried to call them I cannot get through. I doubt seriously if I will be back. The only thing that is good there is the drinks. Everytime I get a burger there, I get sick. It used to be my favorite burger.....(other locations).....but others have told me that the quality has gone down at ALL LOCATIONS. They offered me a free drink with my next purchase. LMBO!~!!!! I'm NOT EATING THERE AGAIN!!!! I can't redeem a free drink anyway....I HAVE NO WAY TO GET THERE!!!!! Corporate says they can't refund me for just the tots. I said then refund the money for the WHOLE ORDER!!!! (this was about a week into complaining in the emails). (In the meantime - I've tried to call them EVERYDAY at the local store to talk to them and either no one answers - or all I get is a busy signal) So I get another email saying that they have forwarded this to the store on Louis Henna. I wait a couple of days for a response..........CRICKETS! I send another emails to corporate advising them that I haven't heard from the local store & they don't answer when you call. Then nothing from corporate. I've told them twice now that if this wasn't resolved by TODAY.....AUGUST 8th, 2022............that I would be posting to the media and letting the public know about this. All 3 of my sons have worked for Sonic over the years..........never at this store..........but for the company. I'm just appalled!!!! Who else has issues with SONIC??????? Who else has issues with the store on Louis Henna in Round Rock????? If this was the FIRST TIME.....it would be different. This store has screwed me over for THE LAST TIME! I can't tell you how much money I've lost at this store because they don't do anything about their screw ups.

The website doesnt work . It thinks Im 150 miles away and won't let me pay or order. Im going to wendys. I forgot to say their parking lot touches mine.
