Meghan at crossroads location was the best that I had so sweet and professional

The service was fast and order was perfect. The Sonic was number 5359. Manager is Nicole Roy. Carhop was Josh. From the person that took my order to the carhop, I was treated very respectfully. Employees were very helpful and nice.

Everyone was helpful and cheerful and understandable..they spoke clearly. Food was piping hot and delicious! I got a steak sandwich combo and a smasher sandwich. Equally good! My experience was very gratifying. Keep up the good work! This was at the sonic on north woodlawn in wichita.

I have no idea how to order but then Denise from store location 6442 helps ne alot.

Great service and food and drinks were good I got a shake with my order and it was the best i ever got. Normally you cant drink them but this one I could and it allowed me to enjoy it. I would like it better if with the shakes you could get a bigger dia straw since they usually come with a soda straw which is a smaller dia. will go back to this location even though it is farther away from where I live. the ones where i live have really gone down but the one in Lone Jack Mo has it together good service and good shakes

I stopped in today at the new Sonic in Opelika (Fox Run Pkwy). The person taking the order via drive through was so patient and was very helpful in making sure that my special and modified sandwiches were what I wanted. When I pulled up to pay for my food and complimented the young man on his superior customer services he told me it was actually the assistant manager, Marcus, who took my order. Both of the young men were awesome!...the food was for other people. They raved about how good the food was too! The service was fast as well. With so much negativity going around during this pandemic it was good to experience Excellent Customer Services!! Definitely, will be going back there.

Used their app for purchases before and they are done well. I love having the deal for half price drinks and the options for having the order ready at specific times.

I like the sonic drive in, every time I go they have an nice costumer service.
