Who wants a sweet pretzel???? NOBODY. So disappointed. Footlong tasted ok

I’m in Cypress, TX. When I got home, I discovered that I didn’t have Diet Coke. I had some other kind of drink maybe root beer I don’t know, but I threw it out. The french fries were too crispy. Possibly overdone, the flavor was not good. like maybe overused grease. The hamburger meat, just didn’t taste right. That’s the last time I’ll ever go to sonic. I’ll go across the street to Whataburger.

I ordered a sausage egg & Cheese Burrito, it was fresh and Hot, But it was only egg and Cheese , NO SAUSAGE

Went o sonic , ordered two kids meal w apple juice and two combos , why the meat hella burnt and hard , no sauce and bread burnt as well . It's 8:44 pm thier shld be no reason for the food to be hard and burnt tf up , why ain't it fresh wtf . Now we have to eat it cuz who wasting mf money?

Stall's order screens are mostly not working. You have changed your diet coke to something that tastes nothing like diet coke. I order online and have had to buzz the people to get my order. Not sure why when says being delivered, it does not come. If you order online and go to the newly created stalls for online orders only, they don't work. One sonic will not even take online orders - what is up with that.

The aPP NOT the store is the issue. My friend and I had so much trouble using the app. Sometimes it works but yesterday it was AWFUL. It took us a total of about 20 minutes to order DRINKS!! Drinks!! Today was better but please work on your app. And while I’m here I don’t like the new way you have to put in rewards everytime to get half price on drinks.

My daughter's food had hair in it and my son's food had too much mayonnaise.

1. Two other orders were brought out before ours. Server had to be reminded about our order (I understand it was not her fault? It took under 15 minutes to bring our order 2. We placed our order at 3:28 on Aug 18 We placed our order for two pretzels & 2 mozzarella sticks we were charged full price for sticks. Per advertisement we should have been charged $1. Not full price!!! Since we were in a hurry, I was not able to dispute. Extremely disappointed with service
