Hello Nick, I'm sorry you've had this experience with our products. In the past few months, our developers have been working on adding our new customizable GUI system to every plugin so the look of every menu can be edited, which hopefully addresses some of your concerns. If you have any other suggestions for our plugins, you can always post them at: https://feedback.songoda.com/ I hope we can turn your 1 star into a 5 star in the future! Feel free to contact [email protected] for any further questions, comments, or concerns.

Dear Dark One, unfortunately we do not speak French but if we understand you correctly you've had a negative experience with the hosting perk that comes with our Patreon subscription. We're sorry you had a negative experience. The Patreon-exclusive hosting program is something we started and it has been an ongoing learning experience for us all. If you would like to help us improve the service, you can create a ticket in the hosting discord to share your feedback with our team, which would be very much appreciated. We hope we can offer you the great experience you're looking for in the future!
