Urgent Account Resolution Needed for Fair Artist Compensation We’ve been facing a long-standing issue with our account, which has been blocked for several months. The situation began when an artist signed with a record label and, unfortunately, failed to notify the producers, resulting in the music being taken down by both us and the artist. Despite this, the account remains blocked, and there are still active works under our management. We have submitted all required documents and repeatedly reached out for assistance, but it seems our case has been overlooked. This delay is affecting other artists waiting for their rightful royalties from their productions. We kindly ask for the account to be released so that we can proceed with payouts and ensure that every creator is compensated fairly for their work. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a positive resolution soon. Thank you.

1 🌟 for Dot from SongCast, who claims not to be a robot, but is the only one answering all support queries,and at all hours of the day or night. The problems with her is that she will pick and choose which queries to answer, and has no business etiquette, (so no please and thank you) this is after telling her that I will be giving a review! In all fairness though I give Songcast 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟for their quick response time. 2 🌟 🌟 for giving a sales stat report for royalties. The problem is that we have to trust their reports. Why are we not given reports directly from all distribution platforms?? So we can cross reference with theirs!! 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟for releasing my track on time. (About 2days) in 2 platforms, and gradually to others after probing. So my main problem is Royalty payments. This Must be the problem with other distrubuters as well so we Artists need to get together and fight for more Clarity and Transparency on Royalty reports and payments. We definitely need to receive Sales Reports to be sent directly to us from all platforms for our Transparency and perusal.

We are a new label who has just joined SongCast and we are so far very happy with the service.

I've had a few issues , seems over priced , other sites are cheaper , with more distributors.

Easy to use. Delivers quick but upload/release times vary depending on the site. Sometimes it's days, sometimes it's weeks so hard to sync and plans release across multiple platforms. When releasing to YouTube it doesn't connect to artist account or upload with my artist name, just various artist.

THIS 3* RATING IS FROM AN ACTUAL ARTIST..NOT FROM PEOPLE AFFILIATED TO SONGCAST POSTING REVIEWS TO OFFSET NEGATIVITY REVIEWS... I now write this review for musicians and artists of music who work day and night to create and share with the world, and JUST WANT A FAIR PLACE TO DO SO. Yes, I am now giving SongCast a GOOD review based on the true fact that their automated capture of funds based on monthly DUES to keep casted songs ACTIVE on platforms.....WORKS. I believe that ANY distribution company releasing new music US/WORLDWIDE in the year 2021, should have an artist-support phone line (not BOT) and should NEVER HAVE THE POWER OR RIGHT TO EVER REMOVE AN ARTISTS SONGS OR CATALOG BASED ON THEIR OWN MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CRAP. LOOK, if a contract-based advance of publishing or record label etc. has rights and some motivation for the success of an artist in 2021 and THEY don't go out removing cds from store shelves and hold ransom for its removal to public....NEITHER SHOULD DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION PLATFORMS, who are just that.....platforms. Platforms= 1, 2, or possibly 3 actual humans with desktops/laptops, preying on ANY artist that remains uneducated in the business. Promises and tasks that an artist can do alone without getting taken. Legitimate distribution NEVER removes your tracks or catalog. PAYOUT reports are not something to give kudos for, this is the artists RIGHT...and my math for 1 SONG on SPOTIFY AN APPLEMUSIC for a year with SONGCAST..($40+) WILL IN FACT COST THE ARTIST MONTHLY PAY TO PLAY HOSTING- WITH REMOVAL THREATS FOR NON PAYMENT OF MONTHLY CHARGES. SongCast so far has kept my release GENERATION X active, hence I up my rating to 3 stars. VERIFIED ARTIST REVIEW/NebiLacK.....CLAIM YOUR ARTIST NAME AND PROFILE ON PLATFORMS YOURSELF...CAUSE ANALYTICS ARE BEING MANIPULATED IN 2021. FACT.

So far it has been a good relationship. Its just that I am yet to really see the benefits of joining Songcast.
