I was charged for the "SOMNI Snore Guard," but never received the product. Despite calling several times and being promised that the issue would be followed up, I never heard back. I can confidently say I won’t be ordering from them again.

Found their product on other sites with good reviews. Decided to buy directly from them, as it did not seem available in my country. I was able to purchase and pay, but the only message return I got was an e-mail from the payment platform that I paid. No other status, receipt or anything else. They aren't on WhatsApp as they claim (I believe so at least). They don't answer e-mails. They don't answer phone calls.
